A donor tried to donate multiple times but they all failed. Why?
Most likely, they successfully created a subscription but then tried to run multiple one time donations which all failed due to a declined card. Clicking the donate button a bunch of times may have flagged the transactions as potentially fraudulent or they may have hit their limit after the first charge.
