How To Cancel a Recurring Donation

You can easily cancel a recurring donation from the Hopsie admin!

To cancel a recurring donation from the admin follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Hopsie Admin
  2. Search for your desired donor
  3. Select the donor's name
  4. Select Subscriptions
  5. Select the desired subscription you would like to cancel
  6. Select the "Cancel Recurring Donation" button
