How To Update Password and Email Address

To change the login email address you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Hopsie Admin
  2. Go to Settings
  3. On the Basic Info tab, you can update the email address which will update the login email address for your account
  4. Scroll down and select update to save
On the Mailers tab, you can also update the "From" email which is essential to ensure that donor emails are sent to your organization. To do this please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Hopsie Admin
  2. Go to Settings
  3. On the Mailers tab, you can update the email address which will update the email address the donors see and respond to on your Hopsie emails
  4. Scroll down and select update to save

To change the password associated with your Hopsie account please follow these steps:
  1. Log into the Hopsie Admin
  2. Go to Settings
  3. On the Password tab, you can update the password associate with your Hopsie Account
  4. Click the change password button to update
